- episode_start_date: 'beings' -> 'begins' (v5.4, v5.5) - measurement.operator_concept_id: 'explictly' -> 'explicitly' (v5.3, v5.4, v5.5, v6.0) - cdm54ToolingSupport: 'te Atlas' -> 'the Atlas' The same words are fixed in the rendered pages under docs/.

This PR fixes three typos.
These words appear in the published CDM documentation, so readers see them.
I fixed the same words in the source files (inst/csv, site) and in the rendered pages (docs).
